Woo~! After so many days.. I finally completed it~!
The largest size I’ve ever paint. ( 5080 x 7110 )

I’ve to separate them into 3 files above.. Wings, background and person otherwise… it will load exceptionally slow. (Even though it’s separated but still load so slow..)

Another realism sort of painting after :Wild Eyes Blue

The original coloring was mainly in blue (background) and I want to portray night scenery. But one of my deviation: “Wild Eyes Blue” happens to have night background.. I thought why not alter it to daytime instead.. Therefore, I desaturated some parts, use options change hue/sat, levels etcs..

The most challenging part was the stonewall/floor and his wings. Had a fun time painting those cracks stonewall and floor. Then, I flip Clamp’s illustrations for wings references.. I remind myself that wings: “soft and light”.. However, it turns out looking heavy and uncomfortable.. :laugh: this is the best I could do..

I guess this is it.. I’m not gonna paint realism pics for now. Well, perhaps.. In the meantime I’m going back to anime style…
